Processing Time:

Please allow 3 weeks for order processing and shipping. Each limited-edition print is carefully prepared and packaged with the utmost care. 

Shipping Methods:

We currently offer standard shipping via UPS. 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Insurance:

Insurance is an added fee that is included in the shipping costs, calculated at checkout. 

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship domestically within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us at info@mooreartsandgoods.com before placing your order 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. 

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may impact the actual delivery date. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. 

International Shipping:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly.
