Can I return or exchange my limited edition print after purchase?

A: Unfortunately, all sales are final. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What if my print arrives damaged or defective?

A: We take pride in the quality of our prints. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective print, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage, and we will promptly address the issue.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A: Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please ensure your order details are accurate before confirming your purchase.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A: Please allow 3 weeks for order processing and shipping. Each limited-edition print is carefully prepared and packaged with the utmost care.

What shipping methods do you offer?

A: We currently offer standard shipping via UPS.

How are shipping rates calculated?

A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Is insurance available for my order?

A: Yes, insurance is an added fee that is included in the shipping costs, calculated at checkout. This insurance will cover your artwork in the event of loss or theft.

Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we ship domestically within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@mooreartsandgoods.com.

How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status and location of your package. Customers can also access the "Shop" app for quick and efficient tracking.

What if there are delays in shipping?

A: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may impact the actual delivery date. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: In the unfortunate event of loss or theft, rest assured that the insurance included in your shipping costs will cover your artwork. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

A: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, ad Shop Pay. Payment for commissions may vary, speak with artist during your consultation
